This Monday, take a few minutes to meditate on who that person is, that you know has the capacity to mentor you at this stage of your career and write his or her name on your note pad. They could be 2, they could be more, go to them if you already know them and simply say, "Ill like for you to be my mentor".

If you do not know them personally, google them, find their contacts, and compose your A game email stating the reason why you need them to walk with you through the journey to achieving your goals.

Shoot your shot.

Do not be too timid to ask for help. We all need people to get to our destinations. Leverage on the experiences of someone who has already figured out how to get there.

Find that person and make it COUNT!!!.
